When the water tank of the coffee maker is 12oz, please add the water under 12oz to avoid leaking. When placing the capsule, please push the coffee capsule into the right place before closing the lid.

If the coffee maker doesn't pump out the coffee, check if you've added more than 5oz of water before brewing. Use a sharp item like a paper clip or a toothpick to dredge the four holes on the top lid. Pour half of the vinegar water into the reservoir, start brewing, then pour out the remaining portion after 1 hour.

When you press the button and hear a "click" sound, the blue light will start flashing, which means the coffee maker is working.

The package includes a Red Single Serve Coffee Maker (with a two-pin UL plug and a 100cm power cord), a Removable Drip Tray and Stainless Steel Cover, a Water Filter Basket, and an Instruction Manual. Mug, Capsule, and Reusable Filter are NOT Included.

Depending on your usage frequency, descaling & cleaning is recommended every 1-3 months. Use a vinegar and water solution (1:3 ratio) or a pre-made descaling liquid. Dredge the four holes on the top lid, take out and clean the reusable coffee filter and water filter basket, and then brew the solution.
